This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile game application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information. Users are not asked to create accounts, enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, or share any personal details inside the App.

The App uses third-party advertising, diagnostic, and analytics services (Google AdMob and its mediation partners including Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and AppLovin, as well as Google Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Firebase Analytics) which may automatically collect limited non-personal information such as:

• Device model and hardware specifications
• Approximate location (based on IP address, to provide regionally relevant ads and analytics)
• Advertising ID (for ad personalization)
• App usage data, basic engagement metrics, and session timings
• Crash logs, performance metrics, and error diagnostics (for fixing bugs and stability issues)

This information is used exclusively to display advertisements, optimize ad performance, track anonymous app usage statistics, and identify/fix technical errors.

2. Advertising

The App shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and AppLovin.

We do not control the specific ads shown to users. Ads are served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners in accordance with Google Play policies. Through AdMob mediation, ads may be sourced from multiple advertising networks to optimize ad delivery and performance.

3. Data Sharing

The App itself does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information.

Limited non-personal information (such as your Advertising ID, IP address, device type, approximate location, and crash logs) is shared with and processed by third-party services (specifically Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics, and Google Firebase Crashlytics) to serve advertisements, optimize performance, track anonymous usage statistics, and prevent fraud.

4. EEA and UK Users (GDPR / UK GDPR Compliance)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you are entitled to certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:

• Consent Requirement: Google AdMob requires explicit, informed user consent to show personalized advertisements and access local device storage (such as cookies/SDK cache). We use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) (integrating with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework) to collect and manage your consent preferences. You can update or withdraw your consent at any time from the app in Settings -> More Settings -> Consent Settings or your device system settings.
• Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase the limited data processed by AdMob, restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability.Since we do not collect or store names or email addresses, you can exercise these rights directly by resetting/deleting your device's Advertising ID in your device settings, and by managing ad consent preferences in-app via Settings → Consent Settings. Analytics and crash data are retained only for a limited period and are not linked to identifiable individuals.
• Data Protection Authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority regarding how third-party services process your data.

5. California Users (CCPA / CPRA Compliance)

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you specific privacy rights:

• Right to Know / Access: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information collected by the App or third parties.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. However, the sharing of device identifiers (like the Advertising ID) with third-party advertisers for personalized ads may be classified as "sharing" or a "sale" under California law. You can opt-out of personalized ads from the app in Settings -> More Settings -> Consent Settings or by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" in your device's system privacy settings.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you (e.g., by denying access to the App or degraded service) for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

6. Data Deletion

The App itself does not collect personally identifiable information (such as names or emails) or require an account. Therefore, there is no account or user profile to delete within the App.

However, you can delete or reset the Advertising ID that third-party services use to serve personalized ads to your device. To reset or delete your Advertising ID, follow these steps:

• Open your device's Settings.
• Go to Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads, depending on your Android version).
• Tap Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID on older Android versions).

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not designed for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the applicable age of consent. Since this App has no user input features, any data collected from a child would occur only through automatic SDK-level collection (e.g., advertising ID, crash logs) rather than direct submission. If a parent or guardian believes such data has been collected, please contact us so we can request deletion from Google AdMob or Firebase."

8. Data Security

We take reasonable physical, technical, and administrative steps to protect information related to the App. Any data transmitted to and handled by third-party services like Google AdMob or Google Firebase is encrypted in transit and managed securely according to their industry-standard privacy and security protocols.

9. Local Notifications

If allowed by the user, we send local notifications (such as daily reward reminders or gameplay remainders). These notifications are scheduled locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers to send them. You can opt out of receiving these notifications at any time by changing the permissions in your device's system settings.
